Madden NFL 25 Makes Its Next-Gen Debut as Launch Title for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 / E3 Trailer

madden nfl 25 logoToday Electronic Arts Inc. has officially announced Madden NFL 25 will be coming as a launch title for Xbox One all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system. Madden NFL 25, powered by the new EA SPORTS IGNITE engine, ushers in the next generation of sports games by delivering the smartest, most realistic, most detailed version of the game in the franchise’s 25 year history.

“We’ve never been more ready for a console transition than we are right now,” said Cam Weber, General Manager of American Football for EA SPORTS. “The development team is crafting the most impressive Madden NFL game we’ve ever made, and I’m extremely excited for fans to get their hands on it for themselves when the Xbox One and PS4 launch.”

Coupled with this announcement is the introduction of Adrian Peterson as the cover athlete for Madden NFL 25 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Peterson, the Minnesota Vikings running back, is a five-time Pro Bowler and the reigning NFL MVP. Last season Peterson came within 9 yards of breaking the NFL single-season rushing record set by Eric Dickerson.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt E3 Videos

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be released in 2014 and will be available on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.

In Watch Dogs, players will be immersed in a living, breathing and fully connected recreation of Chicago. Players will assume the role of Aiden Pearce, a new type of vigilante who, with the help of his smartphone, will use his ability to hack into Chicago’s central operating system (ctOS) and control almost every element of the city. Aiden will be able to tap into the city’s omnipresent security cameras, download personal information to locate a target, control systems such as traffic lights or public transportation to stop a chase, and more. The city of Chicago is
now the ultimate weapon.

Call of Duty Ghosts All Access Broadcast and New Screenshots Released

Let the games begin. Activision Publishing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Activision Blizzard , kicked-off E3 early this year with an unprecedented live telecast to fans around the world, showcasing a first look at new gameplay from the upcoming Call of Duty: Ghosts. Courtroom hero Phoenix Wright returns in the release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies this Fall.

Previously announced for the West as Ace Attorney 5, the title will be available to purchase as a digital download exclusively via the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo 3DS.

The much loved gameplay and features from previous titles in the series are for the first time in stunning 3D, bringing the trials to life and putting players directly in the heart of the action.

War of the Roses E3 Trailer Released

Paradox Interactive today revealed new E3 in-game footage for ambitious third-person game War of the Roses, a visceral team-based medieval combat title coming to PC in early fall. For the first time in full, glorious HD, aspiring knights can get a glimpse at the game’s mounted combat, and learn what it looks like when a gleaming battleaxe is headed their way at a thundering gallop.
